i paid ballys 3 years membership in advance, when i went to work out i was asked to pay an additional fee of $10 for the card, when i refused, i basically got quicked out of the club by supposlly the manager(greg stuetze) . i told him iam repporting this to your company, he said ( whatever ) when poeple like my self are paying his bills . when i tried to call ballys i was on hold for more than 1h30 min and i got hunged up on, i have been unseccessfull to speak to customer service for a week now. ballys is the worst experience ever . read full review »
