I watched the garry Vac program on 12/5/09, it looked very impressive, so I ordered 1 that day. I was looking for a lighter vacumn to purchase. i currenty own a Kirby, which is getting to heavy for me. I recieved my new vacumn on 12/12/09 and tried it out. to my dissappointment it did not pick up the pet hair, not even by going bfack and forth. Pet hair is a big issue for me and since it won't pick up like advertised I do not want to keep the vacumn.
