My wife and I ordered phone service and DSL internet service from AT&T. They upgraded the Express DSL service from $20 month to DSL Pro $30 month. We received in the mail a confirmation letter. At the top of this letter is a phone number to call if the ordered service is not correct. My wife called to let them know that we should have the Express DSL service.
