This company keeps calling me at odd hours of the day and continues to call until I answer the phone. They claim that I own for a PUD bill which I paid in full months ago. I requested that they send me something in writing that shows the name of their company and a breakdown of what I owe. They refused so I refused to give them my credit card over the phone.
