I use a CPAP machine through Apria. In the last three months I have had two people call me and ask if I needed anything for my CPAP. Both time I told them I needed a new mask, head band and hose. I never recieved them or a follow up call. I recieved a bill from them that was dated 10-20-09, mailed on 11-11-09 and I didn't recieve until 12-08-09. Five days later (including the weekend) I recieved another letter stating I'm 30-60 days late in paying them. read full review »
