Same problem as the other consumer on the site. I received two offers. One for $20, 000 and one for $10, 000. Communication was fantastic for the first three days. Documentation was sent. Closing costs were paid. Confirmation received on December 4th that the loan was going to be funded in 4-5 business days. Have not heard from them since.
