I attempted to use this service for the first time a week ago and I can honestly say the two girls running the service are the most unprofessional and incompetent that I have ever met. I emailed my shopping list to them not once but twice because it had been lost and then when they showed up with the groceries 3 HOURS LATER, the girl forgot half of what was on the list.
