I ordered acai berry online in oct 2009 for 5.99 for a free 15 day trial. it took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive. I used it for nearly 2 weeks and didn't loose a pound from it. I noticed 24.99 was charged on my cc, so I called to cancel the product and inquire about the 24.99 charge from grapevine mass. They said it was for live lean which is their website to loose weight. I never used the website and told them that but they refused to refund the 24.99, so I returned the unused product and told them I didn't loose any weight. They seem unsympathetic and insisted they had a great product despite the fact it didn't work for me. read full review »
