I recently gave four orders to Gevalia, amounting to several hundred dollars. When the first box, with a two-person coffee maker, arrived, it did not include the 10-percent discount and free shipping. I was overcharged by $18.95. I called Gevalia, which is outsourced to Manila in the Philippines, and was told "too bad." Beware! When you order online, you are not informed of total costs.
