My father in law went to this cell phone store to buy a phone because his phone is acting up. on 12/08/2009 Max Huang decided to rip off an older customer by selling a T-Mobile Prepaid NOKIA 1661 cell phone to him for $60.00 (No tax!) This phone retails for 14.88 at walmart.com and $19.99 at Target Stores.
