The Company "Premium White" is the responsible company for DazzleSmile. I too feel this is a SCAM and there is another SCAM that comes with SIGNING UP for the free trial from a charge which shows up as "SUP-WORLDFIT" More important I received only the "free trial". After calling the 877 phone number I was told it is only a FREE TRIAL for 15 days. If you are not satisfied after 15 days, return the product in 30 days after that and receive a full refund.
