I applied for people search to locate a fellow service man that served in Vietnam with me. and the next thing I find that my credit card is charged $19.95 for ID Protection that I did not agree to. I called and talked to a customer Svc Rep, name Betty and was informed that no refund would be issued. I notice that I was not the only one there are numerous complaints for the same thing!
