I ordered Bates boots on 10-23-2009, . After 3 weeks I contacted them. Thery never answer emails or phone bmessages. After a week of calling I actually talked to a woman who said the boots werte backordered. After another 30 days I emailed Bates to see if they really were backordered. Bates told me to cancel the order as they have trouble with this vendor. I have been trying to cancel order now for 2 days. read full review »
