First I tried to order product for my teenager on their website- The first time I entered my credit card details and hit enter/confirm the page just refreshed but without my credit card information in the fields and indicated maybe there was an issue with the billing address I provided. Knowing this could not be, I re-entered my information and credit card and again hit "enter".
