Like many others, I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card. When I called the company, I was told that it was a computer glitch and that my credit card would be creditied the $79.00 charge. So far, no credit and today I received coffee in the mail. Trying to reach a human at the company is impossible. All I'm told is that all customer service reps are busy, leave a message and someone will get back to you. My bank will be filing a report with the credit card company for credit card fraud. read full review »
