I received an unauthorized charge of $79 from an online company located in IL called RichCafeDirect.com last week. I cancelled the card and disputed the charge after we were unable to get anyone there to answer the phone and explain it. Now today I get a package in the mail from a company also located in IL called Cafe Saporito containing some coffee and a mug. I never ordered it and don't really want it. So far no one there has answered my calls to explain what is going on either. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!! read full review »
