So I wanted a shoe I seen in the store the sales woman amber assisted me with this shoe bringing me a size 39 which was to small. She told me she could mail a 40 to my house since my heels were hanging out the 39. Today when ups came the shoe size was the same I tried on in the store. I called the store manager all he said now that i'm in another state is he didnt know what to do. This store can really brush up on their customer service skills. read full review »
