I like many of you saw an ad for a TV series that I wanted to purchase. I placed my order only to start receiving emails that the dvd was not in stock and that the order was back ordered. So I thought ok, this company is very efficient...WRONG! I get at least 5 of these emails each day. I investigated further as to the availability of Crossing Jordan and find it won't even be released until late May. So the next back order I mail that came in I click on the cancel option button with brings up a blank screen. USELESS! So then I email them... read full review »
