I can't begin to tell you the frustration in dealing with Gems TV, especially with the Customer Service Team Lead. I have a legitimate request to receive reimbursement for my shipping and handling on returned defective items, but I am being refused this refund. Since I have been "terminated" as a customer for high returns, I have been ignored, treated rudely, and not given any respect. I don't warrant this treatment and will escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau. Can't Gems TV do what is right for the customer? Come on now! This is a ridiculous company.
