I have a 2004 Dodge Intrepid I purchase with appr 26000.00 miles for around 20, 000.00 The car currently had 68000.00 miles and has been in the shop since 1/2. I was recently told the engine a 2.7V6 is covered in sludge and needs replaced at a cost of around 8000.00. Chrysler denied my warranty stating I failed to maintain the vehicle even though I have receipts for every oil change done-all at 3000 miles.
