I rent an apartment at the Metropolitan Tower in Seattle Washington, where I pay an additional $190/month for parking in the building. The parking spaces provided in the garage (managed by IPM and open to the public) are COMPLETELY inadequate for all but perhaps the tiniest cars. I own a small sedan, and when I park in the garage, I can barely open my car door to get in or out of my car if another car is parked next to me.
