I called Santander consumer USA because I had a problem with my bank acoount ( so far I had the my car payment deducted from my bank accout, but I had to close it). I wanted to make a payment over the phone and change my bank account information.They wanted to charge me $10.95 for taking the payment and they didn't want to take my new account information, when I asked to waived the $10.95 ( I've never been late or had problems before) they totally refused and the csr raised her voice to me.
