Don't buy a cell phone from Best Buy because their service sucks. I bought a phone in July 2009 and it pooped out less than 90 days later. I took it into Best Buy on October 21, 2009 and it took 51 days for them to finally get the OK to replace the phone. That was only after 15 calls and calls to their Corporate Office in MN and finally talking to a Supervisor.
