Charter one is the most fraudulent bank I have ever come across. They charged me $265.00 in ovredraft fees for my account going into the negative by $13.52. They actually charge for prnding transactions. I am a single mother with a small child and cannot afford christmas presents this year because of it. they refused to adjust any fees. when I came to close out my account they did not pdo anything to try to keep my business.
