I went to the Sears repair site and followed instructions to make an appointment to have my dryer repaired. I was given (or I selected )the first open date available. I waited patiently an entire day because I was told the technician would be at my home between 8 am and 5 pm...NO ONE CAME OR CALLED TO CHANGE the appointment. Result: one whole day of my time WASTED.
