this is the third complaint that we have made regarding our mattress purchased 2 1/2 yrs ago. We have yet to hear a reply. The mattress is sinking tremedously. We were initially asked to take measurements and submit which we did; never receiving a return response. We are having trouble sleeping on this bed and feel that it should be replaced.
