Ordered approximately 4 months ago...item to be shipped after 3rd payment was processed...not shipped yet. After fraud attempts my credit card was canceled and a new one issued. I have UNSUCCESSFULLY tried to contact this company to let them know about this. Now they have automatic calls coming to my home phone. When you call the 1-866-614-5911 number you get of course automatic answering. I have called 6-7 times, have held for as long as 27 minutes without a response.
