Ordered the trial, paid the ninety nine cents and cancelled my account on Nov 30, 09. On Dec 15, found two charges made on Dec 02, called and found out that they shipped me another bottle on Dec 14. "I could expect the bottle to arrive in 3 to 5 days and upon returning it, would get my credit." After writing down the cust service operator number and talking with her supervisor, who's name I go, I hung up and called my credit card dispute team dept.
