my husband checking account was charged a 35 dollar fee for his account being negative .42 cents for 7 days, we were told by the bank tellers that unless it was over $10.00 he would not be charged an overdraft fee, now they are saying if it is under 10.00 you have 5 days to put the funds in your account, which we were NEVER told, bank of america says they are willing to lose a cust over a .42 cent over draft, with a baby on the way we cant afford for people to lie to us about what fees we will or will not be charged. read full review »
