Last week received an envelope containing coffee and mug, left a message for the company to call me as I hadn't order this. Today received a box with mug and coffee and tried calling company but again had to leave message. Went online thinking I'd send them an email and low and behold stumbled upon all these complaints. I immediately started to call my credit card carriers and sure enough their were 2 separate charges of $79.00, one from Coffee Outlets and another from Seattle Coffee. Cancelled my credit card and advised them of unauthorized charges. I hope these evil doers get caught! read full review »
