Due to post office drop box being robbbed my payment did not reach Barclay Bank by due date. Called to explain had been notified by another credit card company of late payment. They dropped late charge and increase in finance charge. Barclay representative was very rude, when I ask to speak to a supervisor was advised due to heavy call load I would have to leave phone number and time I could be reached within 24-48 hour time frame.
