Over The last 5 days, I have spent a total of 7 hours on the line with tech. support people from other countries. I have not gotten anywhere with them. I have asked many times to be refered to an agent in the United States, and I am told they are not allowed to do that. I have Paid for a " In Home repair" But Can't seem to get past these people from out of the Country. read full review »
