Placed order for boots for my daughter, charge went through my bank immediately. No email confirmation. Should have known better as they have no customer service number posted on their website. Additionally, they do not respond to customer service requests. Logged into their site to see my order history and there was none. Am not expecting boots anytime soon and have filed a dispute.
