Pharmacist on duty on 11-3-09 between 11am and 3pm contacted a prescriber that had called in persriptions in for me. After informing me that I had signed a contract with a pain center. I asked her not to call the prescriber and told her I signed no contract, but with such poor customer skills at CVS, she went ahead and did it anyway without verifing a sign copy of a contract.
