On 12/11/2009, I ordered on the internet for four different individuals. Every step had "free shipping" posted but when I looked at the page prior to submitting the order, it showed an individual charge for each order for a total of 57.80. Thinking it might re-figure the amount when I pressed the "order" button, but instead I got a page that led with "OOPS!" The page said the data did not go through... to use the browser back button.
