Cox Comm, AZ is the worst company I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with... personnel are rude (I have been hung up on), they are unable to perform the simplest of tasks, no one seems to know what they are doing, I have been sent in so many directions that I became excessively frustrated and upset. If at all possible, I would avoid using their services... find another company to provide your telephone, cable and internet service. read full review »
