Customer service (Amy and Terry) were terribly rude. I asked about wool bottoms, but Amy checked everything except the wool bottoms. Amy rambled on without listening to the customer. When I interrupted her because of her confusion, Amy became angry. Amy's supervisor, Terry, defended Amy's supposed customer service skills and told me to go to Icebreaker (another company) and slammed the phone on me.
