Arrived at Ak Air gate at 11:45 PM with a paid for ID 90 ticket. They would not accept and said lots of airlines had gone under the past week. They checked with supervisor who still said no. They were (and still are) a co-share with Air Tran. They were wrong and left me with no way to make my connection. Neither did they try to help me by double checking. Thanks to Delta, I got out of Anchorage to make my trip. read full review »
