Very disappointed. They emailed confirmation with UPS tracking number that is not valid. You cannot track the order since the order was never shipped. After 2 weeks I called to check the status, they placed me on hold for more than 30 minutes. Then came back and said they are going to re-ship the item, since their employees fail to ship the items. They said in 5 days I should have the item and they would credit me 20% for the inconvenience. 2 weeks passed again and still waiting. I tried calling back and the reps said “ BreakPlanet, please hold” you never could get to them. They drive me sick. To much stress, it pays to shop elsewhere. read full review »
