Verizon began billing me for someone else's tv service back in the fall of 2007. The tv service wasn't even available to me, but my phone and internet bill began having tv charges. This has gone months and Verizon cannot fix it. I continue to be charged for someone else's account, so my account always looks like I owe money -- which I do not. I pay my portion of the bill every month and call every month to ask them to fix it. The reps who answer the 800 number have no idea what to do.
