RTTEMPS was one of the hardest places I worked. In the role of recruiter one was expected to recruit, sell, find housing, credential files, and book travel. At the end of the day very little time was spent actually recruiting when all of these tasks were assigned to you. You would think they would hire an admin to do all of those other job functions outside of the recruiting responsibility.
