On 12/15/09 at 7:30 pm I ordered the product on their website. After reviewing the charges I realized that they had mislead me in the product charges and the shipping. I called 10 minutes later to cancel the order, they said they could no anything about the order until 8:30 am the next day, even though I had the confirmation order number via e-mail.
