Worked for company as independent subcontractor. I was hired to fabricate, finish and install a custom maple handrail. My company was to be paid in full at time of installation. The project was completed on August 22 2009. At that time Heath M. Slavin refused the bill and started to re-negotiate the original agreement between he and I. Since that time, I've carried the company to small claims court. I was awarded the entire judgement for unpaid invoices and all interest involved with the invoice. The court date was on November 20, 2009. It has been 4 1/2 months and the defendant hasn't made any effort in resolving this problem. read full review »
