My wife received an extra charge of $14.95 plus $1.05 in state tax for Residential Email, LLC. We called the company and they tried to tell us that an email address using my name (but not my e-mail) had signed up for the service using her telephone number as a billing address. They also tried to tell us what a good company it was to sign up with and it was a good service.
