Customer service is terrible. I placed an order, for a Christmas gift, on December 10th and almost immediately received an order confirmation. After 4 days there was no status update. I had to e-mail the company to see if the order had been proccessed. It took 2 days for them to get back to me and when they did, they said the order had been canceled. There are 2 phone numbers listed on the website, I called both of them and SURPRISE-voicemail. This is no way to do business. read full review »
