My husband cancelled a shipment with Thompson back in July. The cigars he ordered were back ordered so he purchased them someplace else. Thompson sent the cigars in November (even though we cancelled) but to our old address- we moved in September. Now they are sending collection letters stating we owe them for the cigars that we never received. I had our credit card company give us credit since we never received the cigars but this is hurting my credit. Never will we order from them again! read full review »
