I bought my fridge on 11/06/08 from Best Buy. It is an LG LFZ25980ST with a retail value of $3200. Only 2 months after purchase I found that all soft items in my fridge were frozen! I didn't get the Best Buy warranty (BIG mistake) because LG provided one. I didn't make sense to buy another and I assumed that anything was wrong they would make right. NOT!!!
