Horrible Company! They ruined my $800 rug by ripping the wool and puncturing holes in it. I gave them 3 chances to fix it. When I received the rug back each time I had to clean it and they never repaired it. I'm actually not sure what they supposedly repaired on it.It looked worse each time I got it back. I wasted two Saturdays waiting for the delivery guy. Both times he was 15 minutes late. And each time he tried to tell me that the damage was how the rug was or that it (puncture and thread missing on the sides) was normal on the rug... read full review »

I called Mr Rooter when the main waste line of my home became clogged. The clean out is in my backyard and stretches 100 to 130 feet. I was told by the call center that the earliest a Plumber could get to my home would be that evening. Everyone else I called couldn’t get there until the next day. A red flag should have gone up when I asked for their pricing information, and the representative said she didn't have that information to give.
