I ordered a Friends boxset for my daughters birthday. When it arrived it was damaged. I emailed the company and was told to send it back, at a cost of £11.00, on top of the £71.58 I had already paid for item. I did not receive a replacement or refund and tried for a year with emails going to their support address. Firstly they said after a few months that I would recieve a postal order that I could cash.
