$69.95 + $1.00 for debit card use =70.95 -THIS IS WHAT IT SAYS ON MY TEXT FOR THIS CHARGE-- $70.95 purchase at DRI*REG.NET REGNETORD.CO MN on Jan. 24, (2009) at 1:42 am with my netspend card. I did not give anyone permission to credit my card with that amount. I did order a Grant Funding Source information and I immediately cancelled it on Dec. 29, 2008.
